Hi! My name is Alexandra Wolff. I am a sixteen year old Norwegian Canadian girl living in Oslo, Norway. When I am not at school, I love spending time practicing the violin, running outside, being with my friends and sleeping over at my best friend’s house, travelling, shopping, skiing and going to cafés with my mom, discussing politics and history as well as going for long walks with my dad, being with my brother and on rare occasions give him hugs, reading books, rummaging through my mother’s closet searching for cool vintage clothing, painting outside in the summer and skiing with my mom, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, and last but not least: making vegan food. I went vegan in May 2018 and discovered my love for cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. Though really, I wouldn’t call myself a chef or a baker for that matter. I am a scientist in the kitchen, an artist, or a creator – and I love trying new exciting vegan recipes. However, I have discovered that true happiness lies in sharing great moments and experiences. Therefore, I will be sharing my favourite recipes with you on this blog, hoping to engage and excite you about amazing food that is healthy and friendly towards animals, our planet and our bodies!
